ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข

• คูปองเงินสดนี้สามารถใช้ได้ตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนดเท่านั้น
• คูปองเงินสดนี้ใช้ได้เพียงครั้งเดียวเท่านั้นและไม่สามารถนำมาแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดหรือผลิตภัณฑ์อื่นๆได้
• คูปองเงินสดนี้สามารถใช้จ่ายในการชำระเงินบางส่วนหรือจำนวนเต็มของยอดใช้จ่าย
• ไฮแอท รีเจนซี่ ภูเก็ต รีสอร์ทขอสงวนสิทธ์ในการไม่ออกคูปองเงินสดใหม่ในกรณีสูญหายหรือถูกขโมย
• โปรดนำสำเนาคูปองเงินสดที่ได้รับหลังจากทำการชำระเงินแล้วมาแสดงกับพนักงานแผนกต้อนรับส่วนหน้าก่อนใช้บริการ
• คูปองเงินสดนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับการสะสมคะแนนเวิลด์ออฟไฮแอท
• คูปองเเงินสดนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ที่โรงแรมอื่นภายใต้เครือไฮแอท
• คูปองเงินสดนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ได้กับผลิตภัณฑ์ค้าปลีกหรือบริการของบุคคลที่สาม
• สำหรับห้องพัก โปรดสำรองล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 72 ชั่วโมงก่อนวันเข้าพัก สำหรับการรับประทานอาหาร โปรดสำรองล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมงก่อนวันที่เข้าใช้บริการห้องอาหาร การสำรองขึ้นอยู่กับอัตราว่าง ณ วันที่สำรอง

• หากท่านต้องการยกเลิกการจองห้องพักโดยไม่ถูกหักค่าใช้จ่าย โปรดติดต่อแผนกสำรองห้องพัก 48 ชั่วโมง ก่อนวันเข้าพัก ในกรณียกเลิกหลังจาก 48 ชั่วโมงนับจากวันที่เดินทางมาถึง อาจมีการเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมเท่ากับค่าห้องหนึ่งคืนรวมภาษีและค่าบริการ
• คูปองเงินสดนี้สามารถใช้หักค่าใช้จ่ายในบริการต่างๆของโรงแรมรวมถึงสปา ห้องอาหาร รูมเซอร์วิส คิดส์คลับ ซักรีดและมินิบาร์
• ผู้ถือคูปองเงินสดจะต้องแจ้งความประสงค์ที่จะใช้คูปองในขั้นตอนการชำระเงินเมื่อทำการจอง หากไม่ดำเนินการดังกล่าวจะไม่สามารถใช้คูปองได้
• ไฮแอท รีเจนซี่ ภูเก็ต รีสอร์ทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

เงื่อนไข

• The voucher is issued in THB currency only.
• Purchases exceeding the valid voucher amount must be settled by the bearer at the time of purchase
• Validation of the voucher is required at the time of redemption.
• The voucher is strictly not exchangeable for cash, other services or products or for revalidation; any unused balance will not be refunded in cash or kind.
• Vouchers are for Single use only. The vouchers can be used for either total or partial of payment
• Hyatt Regency Phuket is not responsible for lost/stolen voucher/s and is not -responsible for replacing a voucher that has been lost/stolen or redeemed.
• Print copy of the voucher must be presented
• These vouchers are not eligible for World of Hyatt points
• Voucher cannot be redeemed at other Hyatt Hotels worldwide.
• Voucher is not applicable for retail products or 3rd party services
• For accommodation, the booking must be made at least 72 hours prior to the date of stay. For dining, the booking must be made at least 24 hours prior to the date of dining and is subject to availability
• Accommodation must be booked by contacting the hotel’s reservation department: [email protected] no later than 72 hours prior to stay date
• Accommodation booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival date, cancellations made later than 48 hours from arrival date are subject to retention fee equivalent one night room charge, including taxes and service charge.
• Voucher holder must indicate intention to use the voucher as a method of payment at time of booking, failing to do so will result into non-acceptance of the voucher
• Hyatt Regency Phuket reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at its discretion, without prior notice
